Summary:
Traci has spent over thirty years working in the historic, cultural sector and charitable sectors. A qualified curator and experienced business leader who is working to develop the Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust into a sustainable, vibrant and engaging heritage attraction whilst continuing to preserve and raise the profile of the historic environment which dates back 428 million years.
Current focus for the Trust is developing its commercial arm “Enterprise” to make best use of its onsite corporate and hospitality offers and develop trips and activities to attract new and returning audiences and offer enriching engagement opportunities for all visitors. We are also working on developing more of our outside space to add to the learning and engagement offer, increase dwell time on site and make opportunities available for other organisations to use our spaces in collaborative projects.
