IT'S OUR
TIME.

DUDLEY IS IN THE MIDST OF AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER IN ITS HISTORY

REGENERATING DUDLEY.

Work on a £1 billion pound programme of investment in the borough began in 2019, and a number of key projects have already completed in Dudley town centre and Brierley Hill.

Further key projects are planned for the borough over the next few years, and some developments will be underway alongside each other.

The Metro extension will require roadworks in both Brierley Hill and Dudley town centre, meaning people will need to use diversions during certain times. Dudley Council is committed to communicating with people across the borough throughout this period, and will work hard to minimise disruption as much as possible.

Residents, commuters, tourists and local businesses are asked to continue to think about how they could change their commute whilst works are in place.

Whilst it will be a difficult time for local people, this period of disruption will pave the way for a brighter Dudley, bringing better opportunities, greater transport links and a more attractive place to live, work and do business.

If you require alternative formats of communications from Dudley Council please call 0300 555 2345.
