The Black Country Transport team is responsible for supporting the 4 Black Country Authorities on strategic transport issues, working in partnership with key transport organisations such as Transport for West Midlands, Network Rail and Highways England. The team also develop business cases for major transport schemes to secure long term funding to support each bouroughs amibitions.
