The brand new Dudley Leisure Centre is really starting to take shape now as can be seen in this video from Alliance Leisure.
The steel structure for the brand-new leisure centre on Flood Street is now in place, and water testing has been carried out on the pools.
When it opens to the public in 2022, the new centre will include a 25 metre, 8-lane swimming pool and a teaching pool with spectator provision.
For families with younger children there will be a soft play area with catering facilities and a party room, and a café open to all users of the centre. And for those who want to relax after their workout session there’s set to be a sauna and toning suite.
